Laurie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and provides therapy for teens, adults, couples and families. Laurie was born and raised in Kentucky and received her Bachelors of Social Work in 1981 from Western Kentucky University. She moved to Virginia in 1981 and completed her Masters in Social Work at Norfolk State University in 1992. Licensed in 1994, Laurie has worked in psychiatric hospitals, Chesapeake Mental Health Emergency Services and private practices.
